Jennifer Greenblatt Named a Law360 Rising Star

Jennifer Greenblatt was recognized by Law360 in its annual Rising Stars list of top “attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age.” Law360’s team of editors “selected the 2017 Rising Star winners after reviewing more than 1,200 submissions.” “Winners were selected based on their career accomplishments in their respective practice areas.” In choosing her as one of five product liability Rising Stars, Law360 cited Jen’s work “in securing wins on behalf of Merck in litigation over its osteoporosis drug Fosamax.” The publication also pointed to Jen’s success in putting “an end to the last tortious interference claim in a proposed class action over Merck’s co-pay subsidy” before formal discovery began through creative online research that “disproved the claims alleged in the complaint.” The full Law360 article is available here.
